We place bins out for pickup the evening before a scheduled service day, typically between 5pm-9pm. And we return bins back to their original location the same day once pickup is complete, typically no more than 2-4 hours after pickup.

If there is severe weather to the point where the city either delays or cancels a pickup service day, we will resume service on the next available day with zero penalties. If service is cancelled or rescheduled due to a holiday, we will resume service on the next available day with zero penalties.
If a gate/access code is required for service, our professionally trained and reliable BIN BUDDIES will utilize the code strictly for pickup & return services, while continuing to provide photo updates before, during & after service. Any gate/garage/access codes remain safely and securely stored at company level. If a gate/garage/access code is changed or updated, please let us know so service continues uninterrupted. There may not be a refund if a BIN BUDDY is unable to access the bins due to inaccessible codes.
Short of a snow storm, tornado or earthquake, your BIN BUDDY will be there on time as scheduled! Oh, just please ensure the coast is clear and it’s safe for your BIN BUDDY to do their job. Ensure BINS are accessible, not blocked by vehicles or other unsafe obstacles, hazardous materials or aggressive animals. Although, one of our BIN BUDDIES was a track star! Yeah, for real! Those last few scenarios mayyyyyyy make it a bit difficult to do their job. There may not be a refund if a BIN BUDDY is unable to access bins due to the above listed conditions. Ok Ok, if there is an earthquake, we’ll still be there! Deal?
